HOW IS IT MADE            

Ashwagandha oil is made primarily through an infusion method, where the roots of the Ashwagandha plant are soaked in a carrier oil to extract the plant’s active compounds. The steam distillation method, while less common, is another way to produce Ashwagandha oil.
