HOW IS IT MADE            

Ashwagandha oil is made primarily through an infusion method, where the roots of the Ashwagandha plant are soaked in a carrier oil to extract the plant’s active compounds. The steam distillation method, while less common, is another way to produce Ashwagandha oil. Both methods allow the oil to capture the plant’s medicinal properties, making it beneficial for skincare, relaxation, and overall wellness.
